Ingredients

⁠1 whole turbot (about 2-3 lbs), cleaned

1/2 cup Gymkhana Tandoori Marinade 

Fresh squeezed lemon 

Fresh chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.⁠ ⁠Rub the turbot thoroughly with the tandoori marinade, ensuring it is well-coated, leave to marinade for 30 minutes.

3.⁠ ⁠Place the turbot on a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
